The singer’s Hot 100 debut comes from strong in-demand airplay, as it enters the Hot 100 Airplay at #42. Reportedly, this is her best ever start on that list — with 30 million listener impressions. The 22-year-old posted her joy on Twitter to thank her loyal fans for getting the song to #1 on itunes in less than 48 hours: “#1 on Itunes in the first 48!!!” she writes “Rihanna Navy is super on point right now. Thank u, Thank u, Thank u, this is craaazzyyy!!!!” (Source).

Rihanna is a dead cert to take over the charts next week. We wonder what she has in store for the music video! At present, she is currently in Japan, where earlier today, she took to the stage to perform at their Pacific Markets annual conference. She is expected to remain there until Friday.
