ET caught up with Rihanna on the set of her new movie, ‘Battleship’, recently. The model, whose ever-changing hairstyles are more dynamic than her voice, spoke about her upcoming ‘Loud’ album as well as why she won’t be performing at the MTV VMAs with Eminem on September 12th. Check out what she had to say below:
Has anyone else noticed that whenever Rihanna is asked about her records she never discusses the music from an artistic perspective? Judging by her vague description of the album, she obviously has little knowledge about the lyrical or musical composition of her new project.
We all know that she is vocally challenged (that is probably the understatement of the year) but at least she could get more involved in her craft by learning how to develop her limited songwriting ability or trying to produce some of her songs. Then again, if Rihanna won’t even take the time to visit a vocal coach to learn how to sound better than rabid goat we shouldn’t expect her to try to improve in any other regard. Stay whack Rihanna.
