Justin Bieber is just around 16 years old and I think it is illegal for the boy to have a tattoo. But Many saw Justin Bieber in that tattoo studio/parlor. This tattoo parlor in in Canada and many of the celebrities in Hollywood visit this tattoo parlor to have a tattoo. I hope Justin Bieber knows what he is doing because having a tattoo is permanent for life.
